Fast food cravings, meet your vegan upgrade. This Crunchwrap Supreme is crunchy, melty, cheesy perfection with layers of beans, veggies, and a hot cascade of NachoLicious lava cheese in every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 large tortilla
- 1 tostada shell or crunchy tortilla
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1/4 cup NachoLicious + 1/4 cup vegan milk
- 1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 2 tbsp vegan sour cream
- Oil for pan
Instructions
- Heat NachoLicious and vegan milk in a pan until melty.
- Lay large tortilla flat. Layer beans, cheese, tostada shell, sour cream, lettuce, and tomato in the center.
- Fold edges up to close the wrap.
- Toast seam-side down in an oiled skillet until crisp. Flip and repeat.
- Slice and enjoy molten cheesy goodness!
