Ingredients

block of extra firm tofu in cubes

garam masala powder

nutritional yeast

diced tomato

coconut milk

pinch
of cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
In a hot skillet, melt the olive oil and brown the onion, garlic and the spices until spice are fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Add nutritional yeast, diced tomato coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes over high heat.
In the blender or a hand blend puree the tomato mixture. Add the cayenne pepper and mix.
Put the sauce back in the pan, add the tofu and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Season.
Serve your butter tofu recipe with rice.
