Please tell us that you already know dolly bars! Please! Oh, sorry for being so pushy – it’s just that dolly bars are simply amazing and – to tell you the truth – it’s a recent discovery for us! And of course, we couldn’t pass by without creating a vegan version. The result: chunky, chewy and chocolaty bars that will disappear from the tray faster than a cannonball!
Dolly Bars are basically the perfect combination between a bar, a cookie, melted chocolate and even some brownie like texture – they are easy to make, bake perfectly well and can be served a snack or we could top with a little ice cream to make a complete dessert for a great dinner.

Vegan Dolly Bars
Chunky, chewy and delicious chocolaty bars.
Servings: 12 bars
Ingredients
- 8 oz Vegan Cookies Graham Crackers type
- 6 tbsp Vegetable Buter (Margarine)
- 1 ½ cup Vegan Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Nuts Chopped
Instructions
- Process vegan cookies and vegetable butter in a food processor until well blended.
- Preheat oven to 210º.
- Grease a baking mould and spread the cookies and vegetable butter mixture on top (you can use a bread loaf pan, or a bread silicone mould as well).
- Top with dark chocolate chips, nuts and condensed milk.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let it cool and cut into 12 bars.
- Top with a bit more shredded coconut.Note: if you can’t find vegan condensed milk you can prepare it at home. Simply bring 2
cups of coconut milk and ¾ cup sugar to medium heat, and cook until thick and sticky.
